Trade Shows

We are excited about our web site and hope it serves our customers well. We especially like the fact that we will be able to keep our catalog much more current with the electronic web site than with the paper catalog.

Still, there will never be a substitute for the hands on experience of a trade show. Like a medieval market place where peddlers hang their wares, trade shows are an essential experience for buyers and vendors alike. Customers are free to touch and feel the product, to realize the details and to feel the presence of a particular pot, to question and test the validity of a vendor's claims. These are all part of the trade show experience. That is why we will always value the trade show as the supreme testing ground and launching pad for new products.

At shows such as the Portland Gift Show and the Seattle Gift Show we are close enough to home to allow us to economically bring a vast range of product. Here we are able to play with ideas that help us to bring out the best of each pot within the limitations of space and time. Our trade show crew is a dedicated team, each of whom has a unique role to play and each of whom takes great pride in their contribution. Moving 20,000 lbs. of product would be hard work if it were not for the sense of play that setting up a booth provides. The fun we have at setting up a booth and meeting our customers during the show are a spoonful of sugar for us.

We encourage you to attend our shows and visit our booth. We will be happy to see you there and to discuss your specific needs. Many other vendors of unusual and beautiful products attend these shows. Some of these may be useful in your business.

Western Exhibitors of San Francisco is the management team that creates and promotes these shows. They put on some terrific seminars during the shows. For example, seminars on display, on merchandising, on managing overhead, and other helpful ideas for the small business. Western Exhibitors can be reached at 415-447-3234 or at www.weshows.com.

We look forward to seeing you at the next show.
