We must have a completed customer registration form on file for your company before we can sell to you. To have us send it to you by fax or mail, please call 1-888-AWPOTTERY (888-297-6883) or e-mail our Sales department at sales@awpottery.com. The completed form can be faxed or mailed to us, or simply brought in on your first visit.
Registered customers also get more options in our online catalog, which at this point is far more complete and current than any paper catalog could be. Contact us to have us set up a buyer sign-in for you.
January 1, 2010 update: Washington State has changed the requirements for wholesale purchases. The old resale certificates are no longer used, now the Department of Revenue is sending out Reseller Permits to companies which resell products. If we do not have a copy of your company's new Reseller Permit on file, we must charge you sales tax. Due to limitations in our system, orders which have tax included on them are final and not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
